With a degree in Business Management/Marketing, my skills in advertising bring a fresh and innovative spin to this business. Combining powerful negotiating skills, intelligent use of the latest technology in real estate, high ethical standards and an energetic approach are some key attributes to my successful career in real estate thus far. I pride myself on the ability to accurately forecast possible transaction problems, renovation and construction timeline and providing the best solutions knowing that my client’s interest comes first.
With an abundance of real estate experience and a large number of connections and investors all over the world, I am able to market any property accordingly. Having these type of connections is very important when selling larger homes or commercial properties.
My office at Re/Max Excellence is an award winning brokerage with an incredible base of top producing realtors. In 2014, our office won Broker/Owner of the year award in Canada. We also are the #1 Re/Max Commercial team in Edmonton.
In addition to my real estate background, I am a proud member of the Canadian Professional Golfer’s Association. In 2008, I received my professional status and prior to my real estate career, this was my only passion. Working in the golf industry at a young age, I grew very fond of the sport. It’s a great game, as it’s a daily battle against yourself, just as it is in the real estate business.
I have built many great long term relationships with people all over North America through travelling and playing golf across the continent. These relationships made throughout my golfing career, in turn help me with expanding my database for real estate as well. It’s astonishing how many clients and great referrals I have received over the years from creating these relationships.
There are a lot of similarities between success on the golf course and success in the office. To excel at either one you need to have the right balance of skill, discipline, hard work, and a little bit of luck. One of my favourite quotes from the great Arnold Palmer states that: “Success in golf depends less on strength of body more on strength of mind and character.” This carries a lot of weight in the real estate business as well. So much of what we are able to achieve comes from our ability to carry forward good character traits and strength of mind. To me this means perseverance, grit and tenacity. If you maintain those characteristics, you will go far.
